I just figured out a great way to get the hooks in the foam bodies.
i watched a video online where a guy used a screwdriver to notch the foam body to accomodate the bent hook shaft.
well i just figured out a better way.
Use a candle to heat the bend in hook and then insert into hard body. It melts right in and seats perfectly in the grove every time.
once the shank cools the foam bonds to it as an added benefit.
now just add some epoxy to fill the grove. Let cure and your ready for paint.
