Looks like fluke will stay the same

For the record NJ was like 43 % under quota but NY was way over so we may get a cut do to regionalization

NJ trying to go on its own again and split the state in 2 to allow the Cape May area a smaller fish like Delaware

Sea bass looks like a 23% cut which is total BS

These are only recommendations follow up meetings to come

I thought I read somewhere they were going to cut fluke 25-30% or is that just NY?

I think that makes sense because we get fluke in the bays before you guys do. jmo
