This spring the Reel Seat will handle a pork rind replacement by Otter which in many cases is superior to pork rind.

Synthetic back fat lol. The latest industry space age material. Able to withstand bluefish bites for 30 days or more. Actually I don't know just made that up.

This new material is soft, flexible and it absorbs and holds scent like a sponge. It is tough enough for repeated catches even on toothy fish and won’t dry up and shrivel if left exposed to sunlight and air. It can be dyed any color and with glitter adds a flashy attractant. Many of the colors we have chosen are iridescent and have pearl like reflective tones. We also offer Tails that Glow in the Dark.

Same thoughts for me. I looked at that video and they swim real nice. can't figure out what they are really made of. Any thoughts?

Its a scented sort of rubberized material mesh reinforced product. that is impervious to blue fish bites and does not dry out like gulp or rind if left out of jar

Interesting. It's probably really cheap to make. The guy that came up with it should make a mint.

They say if you can make a better mousetrap, that people will beat a path to your door. looks like this guy made that jump. Just a simple version of a classic product. Hope he has success with it.
