This past weekend I went to register/title my new (to me) boat at the DMV.

After waiting an hour in line I get to the counter and this guy who seemed friendly to those in front of me all of a sudden turns into a drama queen. He says he literally rather drink bleach than register a boat. After looking through my paperwork for errors in order to turn me away he says "sigh - unfortunately, I can't even turn you away everything looks correct here".

He did complete the paperwork but it took him 1/2 hour to finish.

I asked him what he had against boats thinking this might be one of Monty's kids (he was young enough)... Turned out he actually likes boats just hates the way the state makes him do the paperwork for boats by hand instead of the normal computerized system for cars.

I had to share the story because of Monty. :HappyWave:

I hate some of those people. Anyone who was ever a prima donna seems to wind up working there.

Agreed. A few MV agencies in the larger cities now have police officers posted why is that? Never used to be that way.
