What do you guys do about weed?

Fishing in the back last night. Because of the high tide weed was everywhere. I moved a couple times but still kept getting it tangled up on my lures. How do you guys deal with that? Thanks

Seriously, there is a lot of weeds on the SS around the full and new moons. It has been a problem for me A lot of times. When I run into too much of it I know I have to move.
