Reels that can take a beating in the salt and sand

I went through 3 wally world Shakespeare, and Garcia reels this year, they can't handle the sand and salt water.

In terms of relaibility, what are the 3 reels that you guys count on to last on and on, in order from the best to the worst? I know everyone will say Van Stall, but I wasn't ready to spend all that cash on one yet.:scared:
