Albacore
1 cup soy
1/2 cup teriyaki
dash of lemon juice to flavor
1/3 cup maple syrup
fresh cut onions, peppers,garlic. Put 1" thick filets/marinade in ziplock in the fridge for 1 hr.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes each side until done
