Milder part of the bluefish

This works with a bigger bluefish, bigger cheeks. Take a fillet knife and carefully slice the cheeks off the sides of the head.

Just layer it in the pan and pour Teriyaki marinade over it. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350.

That's a secret recipe, didn't think anyone but me knew about eating the cheeks.:)
