protect cell phones

How do you guys protect your cell phone while out on the rocks?
My girl wants to be able to reach me, worried I have been carried out to sea. (or maybe worried I ran off with Katiefishes:D).

I use a double wrapped ziplock if it's only windy or rainy. I know if I ever got swept off, the phone would be shot. Have also been thinking of getting one of the small dry bags kayakers use.
