1 c cooked chopped bass
1 c soft cream cheese
1/4 c Bread crumbs
2tsp chopped parsley
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 dashes of tabasco sauce
48 large mushrooms stems off
Mix together in bowl all ingredients except mushrooms
fill mushroom caps
place on olive oil greased pan
cook 350 for 5 min or until tender
Optional sprinkle with your fav. Ramano cheese
