How many servings (meals per person) does a 45" striper provide?
Striper should be between 30 and 35 pounds I would think.

Monty, there's a chart at the bottom of the page in this link. A 45" bass could be anywhere from 30 to 41lbs. I have gotten up to 10 packages from a bass that size. Of course, that depends of who you are making the packages for. I tend to put those bigger bass back unless someone is with me who wants to keep it.

hi Monty,

I am gonna make a guesstimation and say that ya could serve 10-14 dinners from a fish that size along with other items included on the menu.
if it's just fish by itself that number goes down by a bit less than half I'd say.
