These are Rip-Pluggers work, he does it all to his plugs.
He has shown me how to put a top coating on plugs, but what you see of his is all his work. Very creative plugs, truly custom.

Looks like he has a good friend in you, Monty. What's the difference in how the shovelhead and rip runner swim?

Fat front, thinner tail, seems like he makes em to wiggle.

you are correct 7-DP,though I call it a waggle, kinda like a dogs tail does.it makes the tail of the plug swing wider than a wiggle.
works great up thisaway.
