I know this is serious, but for some reason listening to that video was funny to me as they annunciate each product that's being found in the system. :ROFLMAO:

A slow, steady stream of what can only be identified as untreated human waste, is dropping into the water on Staten Island.

Dirty toilet paper can be seen floating next to feminine hygiene products in a narrow inlet off Tottenville. Trees covered in waste also hang over a brown-grayish sludge which makes the small waterway look like an unflushed, used toilet.
"It's toilet paper, it's feces. Now our grounds which were at one time sand and mud is now covered in this gray toilet paper soot, which is all feces," said Robert Skonieczny, a local fisherman.
The apparent sewage discharge was discovered by Skonieczny whose worked in the area for 25 years. He says it was about a year ago when he began noticing a big change in water quality in the area, including a hazy film that clings to the neighboring marina's docks and a noxious odor.
Skonieczny began filming with his camcorder the past few months to document the problem which he says has gotten progressively worse.

He suspects a sewer line is leaking into what is supposed to only be a pipe for storm runoff.

"This is a storm line and right now it hasn't rained in days there shouldn't be any water coming out of it," said Skonieczny.
Skonieczny says he's reached out to the city, but nothing has been done to fix the problem.
To make matters worse, he says the grayish-water and toilet paper has made its way to Arthur Kill Road near a wetlands rehabilitation project.
"It's killing our fishing environment. My son can't come down here to crab, to fish, to use the jet skis, anything like that. And I'm scared they are going to shut down our waterway," said Skonieczny.
A spokeswoman from the Department of Environmental Protection says a crew has located the site, and are investigating the cause of the discharge.

:clapping:It's a good thing that guy notified them. Having said that, I found that video funny too. Annunciating words like "feces", "tampons", "raw sewage"....it was like I was watching an episode of Seinfeld.:D
