Thanks for posting that. At the spots that I go to I see a lot of new faces that don't really know what's going on. I carry some copies of the regs in my vehicle and when they ask questions about what they can keep, I hand them one of the copies. It educates them, maybe help them from getting fines, and maybe will protect our stocks.
