Jamaica Bay parking

I'm looking to do some fishing in Jamaica Bay, where is a good place to park?

Willie, eastern or western bay? Eastern, there's Floyd Bennet field if you have the pass. Western, there's both sides of the NCB, and places in Howard Beach, or in the Rockaways on the south side. Are you going to be walking and wading, or fishing from shore? PM me for some places that are good.
