He could have been fishing. Be careful out there, the water is still cold. Registered in the 50's when we were out in the boat the other day.

KEANSBURG — A 22-year-old Paterson man apparently drowned early this morning in the waters off Keansburg Beach near Main Street, borough police reported.
Police said a group of witnesses at about 4:21 a.m. told them that Harold Villcillo Pravia was missing.
Heavy fog this morning prevented police from seeing anyone in the water.
Emergency crews were called to search the beach and found Pravia at about 6:06 a.m. washed ashore about a quarter of a mile from where he entered the water.
Pravia was pronounced dead at about 7:12 a.m. at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, police said.
