What is the most amount of plugs you lost over a weekend?

I lost 3 this past weekend. 2 needlefish and one bomber.

I once lost three plugs on three consecutive casts. Before I could retie for the fourth time, guys were coming up to me and asking me to just give them the plugs-you're only throwing them away anyway. Depressing and expensive morning.

I once lost several plugs in one morning. It was when I first started fishing with braid I had cracked ceramic guides and I diddn't realize it. Every time I hooked a fish I lost it. An expensive lessson.

Think it was 4 or 5 and most were metal during a bluefish blitz 9 or 11 years ago. I loose more teasers now a days than plugs. Had some bad power pro line last year and lost 3 plugs on 3 trips (1 per trip) before I figured out that a 1200 yard spool was bad (no more power pro for me).

I had the same thing happen to me, Cracked guides are something I didn't really think about till I started losing plugs.

October 13 2007 Bluefish blitz which started in Sea Girt at 8 Am and ended in Seaside at 3:30. Killie and I lost over 60 lures and metal as we emptied 4 plug bags and a spare plano box and had to quit in Normandy Beach at 1PM as we ran out of lures, all fish were in the teens. There is a video of it on Betty and Nicks this was the only blitz you will hear me refer to as EPIC

I lost 7 plugs in one day...do to power pro breakage. Went home and respooled no more issue. Must of had a bad batch of line.

Awesome fishing finchaser. To get into fish for over 8 hours like that. All teen bluefish your arms must of been tired. We sometimes have good action in the back of raritan bay in the spring and the hook in the fall but nothing that has ever lasted that long. wtg.
Madcaster as for losing stuff I had it happen due to power pro bad batches too. Changed line and it stopped happening. I don't think power pro has good quality control.
