Anyone ever try using these?

Has anyone ever tried using snails as bait? I was told that tog love them.

No but I have used mussels for bass and flounder. You need to get the big ones or there is no meat inside. When you say snails I am assuming you are not talking about the tiny ones that dot the back bays by the millions. You're talking about the ones in the small plum sized shells. That seems like it would be a good bait.

Conch and spider crabs cut for tog.I guess snails may work who knows give it a shot.
