keepers or shorts

For this year, what is the percentage of striped bass keepers vs. the amount of shorts you have gotten?

Its been about 1/2 keeper size for me. Not qty, been catching 1 or 2 per outing (when I bend a rod with a striper). Its been bass ocean side and blues bay side (mostly).

Mine were all keepers not all were kept though I enjoy a fish once in awhile the rest go back.
