Hit this area on the way back from Montauk. I don't know it well, gotta put some time in and learn to fish it. The night I was there, there was no action on bunker. Guys in a boat had a slow pick of small bluefish, one every 40 casts or so. I got a couple light taps on my jointed bombers and a Rapala sinking white XRaP, no solid hookups. Got a little discouraged after plugging for 2 hours.

Then around 3-4 am, there was only one guy fishin where I was. He got 3 fat bass to 35" in a half hour, so I started using bunker. I went to help him bring a fish in, and had one runoff on a bunker head, fish dropped it before I could get to the rod.

I like the area, water has bait moving around, and it's a lot colder than NJ waters. Temp maybe in the low 60's, plus the bait brings the fish to it. I hope to be fishin it more and put some more pics up here.

"Normal" Hamptons house. This house was between 100 and 150' long, maybe the house was built on a double lot. Looked like a Hotel it was so huge. Any thoughts on the selling price of this house, > or < than $5MM? Am I close? :D :kooky:
