how many rods is 2 many?

i fish plugs when the cows are around, bait is easier so i fish it more. i see a lotta guys fishin bait cuz i hang in the same places they do, bridges, inlets, jetties. the most i will have at any time is 2 bait rods cuz i mite be fishin clams and something else. what gets me is the guys with 5 rods. you have 2 guys with 5 rods each and they mug the whole spot! don't these people have any idea about the other people who are gonna come down and fish? how the hell can you fish 5 rods anyway?:don't know why::burn:

you can't. they should have a policy that when you are in any state park or national rec area, more than 2 rods spiked on the beach, the extra ones get confiscated and given to poor kids who have nothing. :2flip:
