Striper Scampi</B>
Place your fillet into a baking dish season with some fresh garlic a pinch of pepper, 4 or 5 tbl spoon of parmesan cheese and 1/2 stick of butter & a few slices of lemon.
Cover with foil place into oven at 350o for 30 min
Remove foil so the fish can brown serve with rice and veg
