OK so how do I net mullet?

I get the spearing for fluke fishing with a seine net, and have someone help me drag it. Do I net mullet the same way or do I need a cast net, how big a net should I use? Thanks for the help!

Cast net, start with a small one, say 6 footer. After you get the hang of it you can go bigger
