Is this wrong?

I was out fishing the other day and came across these guys who were sitting directly on the point of a waterway which flowed water from one side to the other. There were about 5 of them and they were catching fish just by netting. I consider this cheating. I realize they are just interested in feeding their large families. I still can't help and think this is wrong.

Check your states regulations. If there is any question about an issue that you can't find call the enforcement office from where you are from.

Each state id different but you usually need a commercial permit to net. When in doubt call your local F&G hotline.

There is still a limit. I would call the agency and reported them.
