A Washington, Pa., man was found dead just before 1 a.m. today in a stream where he had been fishing with a friend, Coroner S. Timothy Warco said.
The body of Cody C. Reed, 19, of Old Plank Road, was found at 12:50 a.m. by a search team that was called after he disappeared yesterday afternoon.
Mr. Reed had been fishing with a friend in Enlow Creek in West Finley when the friend left him alone for a short time, the coroner said.

The cause of death is pending an autopsy.
State police are investigating.
