What happened to Skippy's B&T in Laurence Harbor?

I drove down there the other morning to get some clams. The sign said closed and all the shelves were empty. Is he selling the place?

I believe he is. I heard talk at the marina that the lead closures hurt his business. It hasn't hurt Fred's B&T. That place seems busy as ever. For some reason Skippy's declined, even though he is right there on the water. I would have to agree the lead, the fences, and the signs definitely put one or more nails in the coffin.
