Sandy Hook hours

Starting Nov. 1st until March 31st Sandy Hook hours change to 6am to 8pm. If you fish after that you need a night pass which is $50.

They were pretty nice about not being strict on those hours during the summer. I thought it was most generous to not come across as the nazi policia. They were quite angler friendly. I wonder if the hours change is due to a shift in management, or just the seasonal change.
