When do you use cinch and loop knots?

I assume you mean Clinch knots. The answer is never. I use strictly Improved Clinch knots when tying terminal tackle to leaders and from running line to the swivel on my leader.

I have never used a loop or I think you mean Perfection Loop. I believe they are use to tie line to hooks but I will use a snell knot if I am using a hook. The only time I do that is when tossing live eels.

I use the improved clinch knot for most of my plugs, I use a loop knot on my swimming plugs, bucktails, and tins when I want a little more action.

Braid to swivel, swivel to leader, leader to breakaway clip.
All Polomar knots.
Spelling may not be good above.
Have not had a problem yet. May be a better way.
