Often during fishing season my passenger seat in my truck becomes an excellent place to throw things, bags of plastic lures, lights, hats gloves, so I tossed a spool of leader material there other day. Im driving down the road and i heard some kind a noise by the door and i thought maybe a soda can rolled off or something then i heard it again and pop and My spool of line was wildly spinning and taking line. Fish on??? Pulled over as fast as i could I must have closed the door on some of the line hanging out and i still dont know if it got hung up on my axel or something on the road or a land tuna or what, broke off before i could land it.
