How long will it take for the ocean to clean up?

This picture is from the mb cam, so how long should it take before the water clears up. Will there be any fish left?

Day or so, the main problem will be the drop in water temperature from cold front and all the run off, especially by the hook as the snow melt from the Hudson plummets RB and discharges into the ocean . This could end 2009 season
