Hey everyone. I just started striper fishing this past year and have met several of you on this forum already.

Just a quick intro for those who don't know me. I am known to pick internet fights when it comes to the conservation of the striped bass stock. I am usually very opinionated and have put my foot in my mouth more than once. If I am proven wrong I'll admit it but if I feel I am right I will defend myself vociferously.

Other than that I am really easy going :kooky:

I prefer to fish at night on a rock but not by myself. I much prefer the company of good friends. Nothing better than getting stuck into a nice school of stripers with your buddies

Personally I will be celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary in a couple months. My beautiful wife is very supportive of my new found striper addiction thankfully. I also have 4 kids and will be a grandfather for the 1st time next June

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention.....there are no fish in RI

Congrat's on 25 years of marriage and the upcoming event of becoming a grandparent. How did you ever survive 4 kids?

Thanks. I've been a blessed man. Great wife and kids. Lots of sacrifices and love and compromises and hard work. Sometimes I don't even know but it all seems to work out
