What constitutes pornography? Nudity, S&M, sex Videos. Is there a difference between the above and art?

I think according to the law definition pornography has to satisfy a prurient interest, something designed to arouse or get excited. Nudity I'm not sure if that falls under the definition.

As was quoted to me many years ago;;"pornography is in the eyes of the beholder". and thru the years the eyes are also influenced by liberal and PC agendas.

PC withaliberal twist. Read online a US soilder is being held on child porn charges because he has a picture of his 1.5yo sons butt in the bath, but the suntan lotion still uses the pic of the girl with her suit bottom pulled down :kooky:WTH
