I like the sand eel ones, have you had success fishing them?

Yes they work well, I usually don't tie that long when I use it for a teaser but sometimes I'll put them on a long fluoro leader w/a very small egg sinker above the barrel swivel and fish them solo when the sandeels are in the wash or close to the beach it works well on the fluke if you do short slow sweeps of the rod.Its a new material to me I found online cheap just started playing around w/ it, if you tie long it needs some support I,ve been putting a small mono loop off the back of the hook tied in along the shank.

If they come back looking like they did when you started they aren't working I like to see the hook come back w/nothing left on it but fish.LOL:HappyWave:
