Me too just did my first plug yesterday didn't look at it yet, I think I will like it once I get the mixing down to a science alot more gas bubbles than devcon need to blow on them to break them and a little heat helps when they first start spinning long drying time.Might need to build a drying booth around the spinner w/ a light bulb for drying.Yours probably came out alot nicer by the way those are nice I like the shape what are the weights on them.Maybe I'll go look at mine hopefully it worked out.

When using e-tex I heat the separate bottles prior to mixing. I leave them next to the lamp in my spinner this makes the solution easy to apply thin. I also heat it when it is applied to the plug with a plumbers torch with a quickly moving hand and no direct flame contact. I spin mine for 6 hours. I know that is too long but I have the timer to do it and figure why not.

Love your stuff Brasilva.

Thank you very much guys
I am trying for the first time the E-tex, so far just apply with no heat, and no spin, just hang then and let dry in the boiler room,
tomorrow I am going to try with heat and see what happen,
thanks for the tip, still a lot to learn,
thank you again

May I suggest an alcohol lamp we use for rod building

Allot safer to remove bubbles than a plumbers torch as far as burning the plug.
When I refinish plugs I use rod finish and the lamp same as I do on rods. Gives a tough waterproof finish

Yes it does dry quick when warmed don't plan on mixing alot at one time.
