There are so many regulations. Lubchenco is pushing to ban different types of fish or areas to fish. I was wondering if anyone thinks the fishing is being controlled by a dictatorship.

It seems that way, they can close fishing overnight without warning. I thought we were supposed to have due process with all gov't functions that affect the people.:don't know why:
