stripers that are coming up the coast

I have been hearing reports abouts smaller stripers being caught. Though some of them are a nice size, when do the 35 plus stripers start to move? Are they already here and just sluggish? Are warmer temperatures needed for the larger fish?

i say a little of both we have bass that dont go south and they are good size so as it warms up the bass from the south will mix in with the bass that call our waters home:)
