Now we are starting to hear the almighty Obama and his congressmen talking very quietly I might add about Amnesty the reason for this is quite simple Obama is done as a president as are the dems that rode the HC bill because the only people who can keep these socialistic morons in office are the illegals who by now are the only ones getting any benefits from our country on our backs of course & they probably can out vote us by now so this is why they are still here and not being deported we pay for their medical, education and even for them to be in jail why the hell are they in jail send their butts back to where they came from this is another reason our borders aren't heavily guarded they want them here(why they need the VOTES.)So sit back and watch the show this is going to drop like an atomic bomb and get shoved down our throats & pushed through right in front of our noses. I think I'll move to CaboSanLucas where I might out number them because they are all here.

I can't help but think that there has to be something good in that plan for us. I don't know enough about to seriously comment. However, I can say that I like the fact that my kids can remain on our HC plan until they are 26 if needed. The economy is terrible at this time and it is very hard for anyone to find a job. I myself have been searching for over a year now. I tell everyone my resume is sent into cyberspace never to be read by any human being.
I also like that fact that there is no pre-existing condition anymore. My son was critically injured in an accident at the age of 10. There are things that still give him trouble. It is good that he can now get insurance even though these conditions exist.
3rd I like the idea that small businesses are exempt for having to insure if their income is less than 500,000. If all businesses had to cover all workers there would be many small businesses closing their doors.
I am not too sure about the tax breaks for the lower middle class. I doubt if the amount of the tax break will cover the cost of their insurance. I do not understand how they expect the lower income Americans to pay for their insurance if they do not have enough money to put food on the table. I guess I have to wait and see how it all pans out.
I also do not like the idea that those who have entered our country without proper papers can get coverage. Is this true? I have not investigated it enough to find out how it reads in the actual bill. As it stands now if they go to the hospital they get care anyhow.
As I said I believe there is good and bad in the plan.

I'm done with the HC bill we are stuck with the good and the bad I just feel the govt. cannot run anything, but this amnesty for illegals thats no good 100% I cannot stand the idea of supporting these people anymore I too am out of work and paid into SS all the years I have worked and now that I cannot work because of my injuries I get turned down because they say I can be retrained, if I could work I would be there I wouldn't throw a job w/ 9 yrs. left to go for retirement out the window I would be crazy. But if I remain working I would still be putting money into the system for them to spend on some illegal idiot. I'm sorry this is BS and yes I am aggravated I cannot get whats rightfully my money.

Your right man, we are stuck with the good and the bad. Corruption is all over the place. They suck all of our money out of us and we get nothing in return.
What about Christie? He seems to be trying to get a hold on things.

They will never let the middle class get up the next rung of the ladder they have us right where they want us we are the tax paying people that support the bulk of the country the poor cannot pay and the rich beat the system except for a few taxes they have finally thrown at them which is pocket change. They are going to break us down to the poor house but we will still be considered middle class. The problem w/ the presidents we have and had is the system is so corrupt because they were allowed to do what they want too long Rep. or Dem they get their donations from their so called supporters then they get elected and guess what all those who donated get pd. back ten fold(jobs, kick backs, contracts etc.) this is money we need and they throw it out the window for a vote. I worked for a lower level of govt. they laid off a bunch of guys recently because of cutbacks(blue collar) guess what a week later people were getting hired for management positions why more management w/ less people should be the other way around the guys were all rep. and the dems are in they needed space for more friends with double the salary this is why your taxes are so high they run out of money and hit you in the pocketbook I cannot tell you the things I have seen go on I could write a book and like I said this is a township imagine every step up how much more corrupt it gets.

Something to think about. If this "reform" bill is so good for all of us then why did Congress vote to exempt themselves from having to take this plan? Because they get their healthcare for free and have the very best doctors and care
A long time ago I learned that a good leader is willing to do the work he/she asks anyone else to do. Our elected leaders are not good leaders. They are puppets owned by their financial supporters and self serving. And this is both the repubs and dems.

Some good wisdom in the above, DR. :clapping:

Senior Health Care Solution
So you're a senior citizen and the government says no health care for you, what do you do?
Our plan gives anyone 65 years or older a gun and 4 bullets. You are allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of Course, this means you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, and all the health care you need! New teeth, no problem. Need glasses, great. New hip, knees, kidney, lungs, heart? All covered. (And your kids can come and visit you as often as they do now). And who will be paying for all of this? The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care. Plus, because you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any income taxes anymore.
IS THIS A GREAT COUNTRY OR WHAT?!

Rip-Plugger sent me this letter a doctor wrote.
Dear Mr. President:
During my shift in the Emergency Room last night, I had the pleasure of evaluating a patient whose smile revealed an expensive shiny gold tooth, whose body was adorned with a wide assortment of elaborate and costly tattoos, who wore a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and who chatted on a new cellular telephone equipped with a popular R&B ringtone.
While glancing over her patient chart, I happened to notice that her payer status was listed as "Medicaid"! During my examination of her, the patient informed me that she smokes more than one costly pack of cigarettes every day and somehow still has money to buy pretzels and beer.
And, you and our Congress expect me to pay for this woman's health care? I contend that our nation's "health care crisis" is not the result of a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or nurses. Rather, it is the result of a "crisis of culture", a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable to spend money on luxuries and vices while refusing to take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance. It is a culture based in the irresponsible credo that "I can do whatever I want to because someone else will always take care of me".
Once you fix this "culture crisis" that rewards irresponsibility and dependency, you'll be amazed at how quickly our nation's health care difficulties will disappear.
Respectfully,
STARNER JONES, MD
