Hey guys this came from another site but it is for a good cause, I hope it's ok to post. He died from panccreatic cancer.
NFSS Surf Fishing Seminar w/ John Skinner and Bill Wetzel
Where: The Town Hall Annex Bldg in the Town of Babylon
281 Phelps Lane
North Babylon, NY 11703 MAP
When: Saturday, April 10th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (Doors will open at 8:30 am – coffee and donuts will be ready to go!)
Cost: $10 (this admission fee will include coffee and donuts and a raffle ticket for Lou’s custom made Lamiglas GSB 1081M surf rod and Capt. Neil Faulkner’s custom made cod rod).
Our featured presenters will be John Skinner and Bill Wetzel.
John’s seminar… “Pattern Fishing and Trip Logging – The Keys to Consistent Fishing Success”
Bill’s seminar… “Getting the Most Out of Your Cast and Landing Fish”
John and Bill will then have an open Q&A session where you can ask any questions you might have. If you have any questions you want to submit ahead of time please do so – this will give Bill and John some time to think about it and provide you with a more well thought out answer.
All the proceeds from this seminar will be going to the Kurtis W. Stokes Memorial Trust Fund. In November, Kurt Stokes, a member of the Mid-Island Surfcasters passed away from pancreatic cancer. Kurt was only 50 years old and left behind his wife and two daughters. Kurt shared the same passion we all share as a fellow surf rats. When I heard of his passing and this memorial trust fund that was set up to offset his daughters future college expenses. Please keep the family in your prayers as they continue to grieve over the loss of Kurt – a beloved husband and father
