Budgets cuts and enforcement of fishing laws?

How are the recent budget cuts going to effect the fishing enforcement in NJ?

I don't think it will matter much. They are already down to a skeleton crew. There is not much more fat they can trim from the field officers' budget.

I don't think the budget will directly effect the enforcement officers. There are too few of them anyhow.

I bet eventually the government will find some way to tax the recreational fisherman to help offset the budget.
