Is the AH jetty still closed?

That thing is going to be closed forever. It was one of the few places other than Raritan bay I would make the trip up north to fish at. Great early season action for bass, and the same in the fall when the peanuts and spearing would pass by there as they left the marina, and the bass and bluefish would be waiting for them.
Then someone was on there, got wacked out and fell, sued the owners, and now it's all closed up. Shame.:burn:
