Have you ever been pulling in a cow and broke your rod?

I've had several Ugly Stik customs broke by stripers that were no where near a cow they kept sending new ones until I got tired of shipping them back every one of them snapped at the ferrule one just shattered so no more ugly stiks for me back to my lami's haven't had any of those break.

Never rods only break if:
1) People high stick
2) rod had a nick or chip causing a weak spot
3) People fish too heavy a line or braid and sock drag home
4) Cheap rod not meant for application being used.
5) 2 piece rods with ferrule issues

Most rods break from user error
