camp fire

When I'm doing an all nighter I sometimes want to start a small camp fire. Will I be thrown off a beach or do I need to go to the town of my area of choice to get some sort of permit?

The only beach that I know of that allows fires is IBSP, and then it's only in certain areas. I'm sure you'd get thrown under the jail at most other beaches.

I see fires all of the time on bay shore beaches. Do I condemn a fire, not at all, but I heard that it is illegal and do not do it. Though I love a beach fire like the rest of us. The biggest problem is that people that do have them are disrespectful when they do. They do not put it out properly or they leave their garbage all over the place.
