Soft sand at IBSP

I wanted to remind some of the folks to be careful when you go out to IBSP. The sand is very soft in quite a few places. There are still areas that are very skinny at high tide. A few guys have gotten stuck. We have a full moon coming up, I think on the 28th or close to it. Be careful.

When you don't expect it soft sand can be alittle hairy. Last year I sunk into some and ended up in the water. This was early spring. The wind was going and the water was cold yet. Not Cool for someone with my experience. Ruined the trip. Ever since then I always bring an extra set of clothes.

IBSP is known for the soft spots, few air down enough, you should go as low as possible..
