Speedy, here he is in the Quik Chek the other night. 45 minutes after that, he got a keeper bass, so maybe we cant ball bust him anymore....NOT! :laugh:

We had some fresh bunker and set it out as the tide was still on the flood. Rip, the Mad Banana Dude, :laugh: who had previously put a banana on his head for good luck when we stopped at Quik Chek for gas, showed us that bananas can be lucky as well....


The night's Fishing and the "Bananas at the Beach Myth" dispelled...
After we set up, using heads and chunks, Rip nailed a 28" bass on a bunker head within the first 30 mins. :thumbsup: WTG, Rip. :clapping:

I still can n ot believe that I have been putting in these kind of long trips. I didn;t get home until 545am that morning and met Cardoc at 8pm. I guess I am hooked. not only that but, we did it again the following day. I like Finchchasers ratio of caught fish to time spent much better.
