1st shot at a popovics cotton candy pattern I had to use different materials because I didn't have what he uses but it came out pretty good.It is 8" at the longest point.

Looks like a large peanut, I don't know how it would lay out in the water. But however it does, it spells dinner! :drool:

Actually I got a copy of Bob Popovics book from the library and I really learned a lot of things(I have to go buy it) I like to work w/ the epoxy and just started w/ some silicone flies that he does.Another thing I read which kind of suprised me was that in his words"Wetting a flie can mislead about its appearance.When immersed in water,the fly will assume the shape it had in the vise." I'll take his word on it I'm not jumping over to see what it looks like in the water.:d
