The sand at Sandy Hook has changed a lot. Every year a few boats run aground in this area. I think by the end of this year or next, there might be a new island by the point as well because of the storm erosion. So the land mass doesn't show up on a GPS. Even still, it seems like the Capt for that night was not paying attention. I wouldn't want to be him when he got back after getting pulled out, and he had to explain to his boss how he ended up on that sand.

Nope, some internet pic, searching for 'blind captain". Wales, GB, which I assume means Great Britain, as opposed to Wales, Gang bang.:naughty:
There's a mariner statue at the Point Pleasant side of the Manasquan Inlet, but I was looking for a blind one, which is what this guy must have been to do that. They should fire his azz.

There is no excuse that I would accept, other than the Capt having an epilepsy attack or something like that. He should be fired, period.

With the noreaters we had back in march, it ruined the tip of the hook where the rip is.The beach does extend a lot more into the water now. However when we go out there, we never have a problem. Apparantly, the night captain cut it short coming back in and i imagine wasn't paying attention to his depthfinder and came to close to land and beached it. The only damage was the props. They have been replaced and are back in business.
NOW, I still think he must not have been paying attention for some reason. I just don't know how he could have missed staying in the deeper water outside the bouys if he wasn't sure where he was. Just my opinion and we all know what they say about opinions. lol
I am still enjoying sunny California until next saturday. When I get back I will have some coast line pics for you guys.
