The fall is on the way what are some of the things you look for when the weather changes?

I like just when there is the beginning of a northeaster, or after, I go to the beach with clams. If there are busted up clams on the beach, I'll use that. Or if the bait is all around I'll thrown tins.

One of the best things to do is exactly what you mentioned, fish the changes in the weather patterns. You have a calm wind for a few days, and then you get a hard S, or NW, or even E. Fish as it changes and you should have some success. You should also try to notice what the wind patterns will do to the ocean if that's where you're fishing. For me, too calm or too rough is not as productive as when the surface is a little roiled up.

I definitely agree with that one.
