huge battleship type ship outside of Point Pleasant?

Did anyone else see that huge ship that has been outside of Point Pleasant? Someone said it was fixing a cable on the ocean floor that was damaged.

I heard it is a cable laying ship out of Baltimore Md. Ship is 143 meters long and 7800 MT. It is repairing a big cable that a fishing trawler damaged.
