We will not have to sign up or pay Obama's $15 fee:clapping:
The house of representatives voted on the free registry bill today in NJ, and it passed unanimously, except for SMITH. This bill will then go to our senate before the end of the year, and is expected to pass with a fairly high percentage vote.

Rep Bob Smith is an idiot! He said he was concerned about the state of NJ having to pay additional money. It only costs something like $1.06 for them in actual costs to process each registration. What he is unhappy about if the state charged us $15 and 2 million anglers register the state would be making $29.8 million in profit, and now there is a chance they will not get that money. We pay enough in taxes in this stupid state, and I for one have had it!:2flip:
Besides, if NJ collects the money it goes into the general fund.
It does not go to sportsmen, so we don't benefit from one red cent of that registration fee we will eventually be paying. Just another rip-off for the hard working taxpayers in NJ.

The funny thing is Smith had it put on the agenda,it should be free
At least it goes to NJ if collected here. If Obama gets it who knows where it goes definitely not to fishing would probably be used for his fish shares bulls--t a program that almost destroyed Canadian fishing.
