It was my turn to cook dinner last night. I got out a couple of striper fillets from one of the two fish I kept this year.
My wife raved about it. She said it was "light and delicate". Then she asked if there was another fish with a similar taste. I told her many people say it tastes like Lobster.
Is there another fish you would rate comparable?
